Skip the queue.
When the server is full, everyone waiting is let in one by one as slots free up. With priority you go in ahead of the queue.
It switches on by itself within about a minute of paying. There is nothing to claim.

What the store will never sell
Nothing that changes the game: no weapons, ammunition, vehicles, gear, money, reputation, stash space or boosts. Priority only decides your place in the queue.
