These terms cover buying priority queue for the Escape From DayZ server from this store. The store is run by Escape From DayZ LLC, an Illinois limited liability company, United States ("we"). Contact: EscapeFromServers@gmail.com, or a ticket in our Discord.

What you are buying

Priority queue lets your Steam account join the Escape From DayZ server ahead of players waiting in the login queue while the server is full. It changes your place in the queue and nothing else: it gives no items, money, reputation, stash space or any other advantage in the game. It does not guarantee a slot when the server is offline, restarting or under maintenance, and it does not exempt you from the server rules.

Priority is tied to the Steam account you signed in with, or for a gift, the Steam account you named. It cannot be moved to another account.

Subscriptions

• Plans are billed in advance for 1, 3, 6 or 12 months and renew automatically at the end of each period at the price shown when you bought, until you cancel.
• You can cancel at any time from Manage subscription on the store. Cancelling stops the next renewal; priority stays on until the end of the period you have paid for. Cancel before your renewal date: renewals are not refunded.
• If a renewal payment fails, priority stays on for up to three days while the payment is retried, then stops until it succeeds.
• We may change prices for future periods. A change never affects a period you have already paid for, and we will announce it in the Discord before it applies to a renewal.

Refunds

Priority starts as soon as you pay, and you agree at checkout that it does and that there are no refunds once it has started. All sales are final except in the cases listed on the refunds page.

Gifts

A gift is a one-time payment for a fixed length of priority for another Steam account. It does not renew. If that account already has gifted priority, the new gift starts when the existing one ends.

Your account and bans

Priority is a convenience on a community server, not a licence to play. A ban for breaking the server rules also ends priority, and paid time is not refunded for a ban. A chargeback ends priority at once and permanently bars that Steam account from the store; see the refunds page.

The server

We run the server on a best-effort basis. It may be wiped, restarted, changed or taken offline. If we close the server permanently, we will refund the unused part of any active paid period.

Law

Nothing in these terms takes away rights you have under the consumer law of the country you live in. These terms are governed by the law of the State of Illinois, United States.
